Initially, Onsite concentrated on small cogeneration projects and later expanded into a full-service energy service company with an emphasis on energy efficiency and distributed generation, and direct access planning services for commercial and industrial customers. SYCOM Enterprises("Sycom") was formed in 1986 to provide commercial and industrial energy efficiency services. It has evolved into a full service energy service company specializing in providing services which prepare customers for deregulation. Both Onsite and SYCOM are accredited by the National Association of Energy Service Companies. ONSITE has recently combined with SYCOM through a series of transactions to form ONSITE SYCOM Energy Corporation, the largest independent accredited energy services company in the United States. ONSITE SYCOM is a public company traded over-the-counter on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board(OCTBB:ONSE). ONSITE SYCOM's geographic reach is nationwide. Our main offices are in Carlsbad, California and Somerset, New Jersey. We have branch operations in Washington, D.C., Northern California, Kansas, and the State of Washington.
